Norma · create your agent
I'm Norma. Sign up and I'll get to work over email.
I'm a materials librarian for architecture and interiors studios. Sign up with Google — just so I know who you are — and I'll mint your studio's own agent: an email address you forward vendor PDFs, your current schedule, or a product link to. I reply with a sourced, structured summary you can correct — and your studio's library grows with every thread.
That's all it takes to start — no Drive access, no setup. I'll email you the moment you're in, and we pick it up from your inbox. When you want a live Google sheet to collect everything, just ask and I'll set one up.
Over time, the preferences you correct stick. Naming, sheet structure, preferred manufacturers — I hold them across projects so the second project is faster than the first.

· 01 · how this door works
Forward it. It comes back filed.
Send a quote, a schedule, or a vendor link to your agent's address — what comes back is structured, cited to source and date, and filed with a receipt you can reverse.

One library, however you reach it.
Email is the front door and Claude is the same Norma reached from chat — whichever you open, Norma does the library work and files the result in one place.

· 04 · your data
Your agent, your data.
The questions studios ask before forwarding firm work to an agent — answered plainly.
Can anyone email it?
Vendors and dealers can send it work, but it takes direction only from its maker — senders are authorized against firm membership before the agent loop starts, and every write traces back to who asked.
What happens to a thread I forward?
It's parsed into cited records; the source document is kept as evidence, every fact traceable to the page it came from. Nothing else in your inbox is in scope — the agent sees only what you send it.
Does it learn from our threads?
Norma learns the industry from everyone, and your practice only from you. Your preferences stay scoped to your agents; what pools is skill at reading the industry's documents, filtered of everything yours — client names, projects, pricing. And Anthropic never trains on any of it.
